VP, Corporate Tax
Mike Capesius is the VP, Corporate Tax for Essex Solutions. It is a position that he was promoted to in July of 2025 after holding the same position with Superior Essex for three years. He had previously spent several years with Superior Essex working as the International Tax Director. Capesius also has experience in a similar capacity with both Travelport as well as Newell Rubbermaid, beginning in 1999. Prior to moving into International Tax, he spent 10 years in the consumer credit industry. He received his degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
